In business dealings with SPORT Software - Ottmar Krämer-Fuhrmann the following general terms and conditions apply:

Scope of License

For the SPORT tournament management software simple user licenses with unlimited duration are granted. A license may only be used in ONE installation at any time. When passing on the license, the first installation including all backup copies must be completely deleted.

There are no objections against a short-term second installation for the immediate execution of a tournament, e.g. on a laptop.

A software license is only valid for the sport that was specified when ordering. Licenses for several sports must be purchased individually.

A license name (e.g. the club name) must be specified with the order. This name is part of the license key which appears on the screen and the printouts of the SPORT software. With this license name copies can be traced back to the legal licensee.

Software Updates

Each edition of the SPORT software is identified by a number combination consisting of a version number before the dot and a release number after the dot (example 6.0).

A once purchased license remains valid for all future releases within the version series. For example, if you have purchased version 6.0, you will receive the updates 6.1, 6.2, ... etc. free of charge. These updates take place by making the new software available for download from our website www.sport-software.de

Updates for new software versions are subject to a charge according to the current price list. The time interval between two versions is never less than one calendar year.

Offer

Our offer is always subject to change and non-binding.

We reserve the right to make possible design and/or technical deviations from the information and images in our advertising materials and on the website.

We are not liable for misprints or for the ability to deliver the goods.

Order

Orders are accepted by us in writing and by online order.

Data Storage

All personal data that we have to store to process your order will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to any third party.

If you give us an e-mail address, we will inform you about new developments from our company. If at any time you no longer wish to receive this information, just send us a short message and we will remove you from our mailing list. This e-mail data will also be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties.

Prices

All prices are payable without discount, without value added tax.

Invoice

Invoicing is done electronically via e-mail. Invoices on paper will only be sent after explicit request.

Payment

Licenses will be shipped only after receipt of the full invoice amount.

We deliver against advance payment or payment by credit card. Payment by credit card is carried out via the online financial service provider PayPal (www.paypal.de).

Delivery

We deliver software licenses as quickly as possible by e-mail, usually within one day.

We cannot accept any liability for compliance with delivery dates.

Court of jurisdiction, place of performance

Place of jurisdiction and place of performance is Bonn.
